We recently completed the installation of a 25mm poly compressed air piping system at Rayna’s Kitchen Joinery in Rouse Hill, providing a reliable air supply to critical equipment like CNC machines, saws, and assembly stations. This system has improved their production line by delivering consistent airflow to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

For a demanding environment like kitchen joinery, poly piping was the ideal choice due to its durability and corrosion resistance. The system ensures steady air pressure throughout the workshop, minimising the risk of leaks or pressure drops that could cause downtime.

Alongside the piping, we installed an FC100-30D fixed speed compressor to provide a powerful, consistent air output. Known for its reliability and energy efficiency, the compressor ensures optimal performance for all the machinery, reducing wear and keeping operational costs low.

Led by Rob Meyer, the installation was customised to meet Rayna’s immediate production needs while allowing for future growth. This solution not only boosts current efficiency but is also designed to accommodate potential expansions, with ongoing maintenance to ensure long-term reliability.
