Marble And Granite Stone Factory 15kw Compressed Air Installation

Recent installation completed at Riverstone on the outskirts of Sydney. This installation consisted of a 15kw Focus Pneumatics Full Feature Rotary screw compressor with built in Dryer and mounted to a 500ltr Receiver. The client wanted to have a neat and long term reliable compressed air and water system so Aluminium Unipipe Compressed air piping system was chosen for both the Compressed air and Recycled water system.

The customer required connection to a Farnese Technicut Bridge saw, Farnese Mitre Saw 2 x Jib Cranes with Vacuum Lifters, Water recycling system for the recycled water. Two more additional outlets were installed with Filter Regulator lubricators to ensure the Wet Polishers and Wet Cutter grinders are given lubricated air to ensure maximum life.
