Freight and Parcel Facility Compressed Air Solution

Focus Industrial recently completed the installation of screw compressor packages at a freight and parcel facility in Chullora, Sydney. This project supported the client’s need for increased compressed air capacity to operate their new state-of-the-art conveyor and labelling system.

The client, a key player in the freight and parcel sector, initially installed a screw compressor package several years ago to set up their facility. To accommodate their upgraded high-precision conveyor and labelling system, additional compressed air capacity was required to power gate valves, pneumatic rams, and levers.

Focus Industrial installed a new integrated screw compressor package with a dryer, alongside a large vertical air receiver, ensuring seamless integration with the existing compressor. The system was connected using Europress stainless steel compressed air piping for durability and efficiency.

Now fully operational, the system supports two shifts per day and runs to the client’s complete satisfaction. This solution reflects Focus Industrial’s expertise in delivering reliable compressed air systems for freight and parcel facilities, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
