Metal Manufacturer
This metal manufacturer hosts a set of five compressors in great shape! Our most recent project with them shows off excellent aluminium pipe installation throughout their workshop. This piping system is used for compressed air, powering the multitude of power tools at workstations, such as riveters and spray paint guns.
As long-term clients of ours, it is a delight to check in on this manufacturer as their company expands. We provide them with the resources needed to grow their business with efficient, industrial pneumatic solutions.
In years previous, they have had FC200s installed to power two different fibre lasers. With the fibre lasers, they can create custom metal fittings. With the high-power demands of a fibre laser, they save thousands yearly by using compressed air power rather than requiring constant refills of nitrogen packs. You might be surprised to find out how much can be saved when you switch from nitrogen packs to compressed air – find out with our calculator.
