A leading high-end printing manufacturer recently upgraded their industrial air compressor system to meet the increasing demands of their production. Their previous Atlas Copco unit had logged over 35,000 hours, making it time for a new air compressor install. Focus installed a turnkey system designed for their operations’ efficiency, reliability, and long-term performance needs.

With tight back access on site, a crane was required to carefully air-lift the new compressor into position, a challenge handled flawlessly by Installation Manager Roy Bulloch and Installation Technician Rob Meyer. This upgrade features a 1000V high-efficiency, 75kW variable speed compressor package, complete with an integrated dryer to keep factory compressed air clean and dry. With 100% redundancy built in, this system guarantees 100% uptime, ensuring the manufacturer’s operations never skip a beat, truly taking performance to new heights. The VSD compressor system will be up and running shortly once their new protective housing arrives, completing the final stage of operational safety.
