Dulux Paints 35% Energy Saving 37kw vsd system

This system was engineered and designed to accommodate a range of compressed air requirements within a specialised coating equipment repair and maintenance workshop.

This customer is now saving over 35% in their power and carbon emissions through the new Focus VSD compressor. A complete system was installed with an SB500V – 37kw VSD Screw Compressor, Refrigerated dryer, vertical air receiver, pre and post filtration with additional breathing filters for a spray booth application. The compressed air piping system installed is a Unipipe aluminium compressed air piping which looks great and guarantees a high efficiency no leak system.
