From initial site visit, it was determined the best material to use was Aluminium as it is cost effective, very heavy duty and extremely reliable outlasting most other materials.

Opting for 40mm OD piping was to guarantee minimal pressure drop through the entire factory and ensure every Edgebander, CNC, Panel Saw and Hand Tool would never experience low pressure from lack of supply.

Installation consisted of around 100m of the 40mm Aluminium piping all powered by the Focus SB200-50D 20hp 10 Bar Rotary Screw Compressor. Installation took just 3 days with the team working often late into the night to ensure budget and deadlines were met and the client received what was promised.
