Single Access Service Panel
For increased efficiency and servicing, the SB Series is complimented by a single-entry service panel. Through this easy to remove panel, the standard service procedures can be completed. Further panels may need to be removed to properly clean the machine in the event of a dusty environment.
Dry Air Storage Receiver Tank
By ensuring the compressed air proceeds through the air dryer prior to the storage tank, we can store dry and clean compressed air. Any sudden bursts of air flow required in the customers factory will be supplied from the dry air stored inside the receiver. This prevents moisture carry over in the case of the air flow exceeding the dryers capacity at peak flows.

Ktronic10 Controller
Based on direct, user-friendly reading, all machine functions are run safely through a microprocessor, from the control of safety alarms (oil temperature, electrical engine, control of cooling electrical fan, maintenance time) to command systems (start-stop, alarm reset).
Power Isolator Safety Switch
Access to the electrical cabinet is protected by the safety isolator switch. Entry to the cabinet is not possible until the safety switch is off and the cabinet is free from electrical current. This prevents accidents occurring to staff when adequate training is not present.
Emergency Stop Button
Only to be used in case of an emergency. Vital action must be taken should the air supply need to be immediately shut off. For immediate machine shutdown, the emergency stop button will cut power to all components of the machine causing it to stop immediately.
IE3 Efficient Italian Motor
A high quality and IE3 motor will ensure the efficient operation and longevity in even the harshest environments. Manufactured to the highest standard to be included in the SB Range, the electric motor will power the compressed air through your factory for many years to come.
Flat Frame Base for Forklifts
Forklift access is available directly under the machine by utilising the flat leg supports welded to the machine tank. This allows for stable and steady transportation from the delivery truck to the desired installation area.
Compact Footprint
The SB range consists of a compact footprint designed to take up minimal space on customer premises. With the compressor, dryer and tank all integrated into the one combination unit, the footprint has further reduced in comparison with stand-alone units.
Efficient Dryer and Auto Drain
The SB Series Refrigerated Air Dryer operates at 5 degrees dew point and eliminates moisture from the compressed air prior to entry to the air receiver tank. The drain tube for the moisture is expelled through the side of the machine and into a wastewater disposal for the client.
Separate Dryer Controller
The SB Series includes an air dryer control board as a separate component to the Compressor controller. This allows independent controlling and access to parameters and ensures no neutral is required for electrical connection.
