This customer was having issues with his older Pilot Air piston compressor due to the expansion of his factory.

The customer was also looking for a more efficient, compact and most of all quieter solution for his compressor compared to his previous compressor.

Focus Industrial assisted in sizing up a new 7.5kw full feature SB100-27D Rotary screw compressor package with inline filters and a compressed air piping system.

The compressed air piping was run using Maxair 25mm poly piping with Nitto quick couplings fitted for the outlets.

The customer now hardly knows his compressor is running due to the massive noise reduction and has an efficient and reliable screw compressor package to assist in operating his factory.
