15kW Air and Water System for Marble and Granite Factory

Focus Industrial completed a 15kW compressed air installation for a marble and granite factory in Riverstone, located on the outskirts of Sydney.

The installation included a 15kW Focus Full Feature Rotary Screw Compressor with an integrated dryer and a 500-litre receiver. To ensure a clean, efficient, and reliable solution, Aluminium Unipipe was chosen for compressed air and recycled water distribution throughout the facility.

The system supports key equipment such as a Farnese Technicut Bridge Saw, Farnese Mitre Saw, and two jib cranes with vacuum lifters. Additional outlets equipped with filter regulator lubricators were installed to provide lubricated air for wet polishers and wet cutter grinders, ensuring maximum equipment lifespan and optimal performance.
