Compressed Air Solution for Structural Steel Fabrication Workshop

Focus Industrial recently delivered a compressed air system to a structural steel and metal fabrication workshop in Riverstone, Western Sydney.

This installation was tailored for a structural steel fabrication workshop that also relies on compressed air for intermittent sandblasting and operating a beamline processing machine. To meet the client’s needs, the system featured two 22kW rotary screw compressors configured with a lead-lag setup for optimal efficiency and reliability.

The package included a refrigerated air dryer with inline filtration and a vertical air receiver to ensure consistent air quality and capacity. The system was connected throughout the facility using Europress stainless steel piping, providing durability and a clean, leak-free setup.
