Recently Focus Industrial helped a long standing customer Enviroline, Who was expanding with a Focus 16 bar High Pressure Screw Compressor package to run their new 6kw Amada Fibre Laser.

Enviroline is based in St Marys, Western Sydney. They design and manufacture premium quality Sewer Jetting and other plumbing products. From in-house design they then Manufacture and Assemble all their sewer jetting equipment from small portable units, trailers, vans, utes and Jetting trucks. Compressed air is an essential part of their manufacturing and assembly processes from running air tools, paint guns through to their new addition of a premium 6kw Amada ENSIS 3015 AJ Fibre Laser. The Fibre Laser can cut Aluminium and Mild steel with Nitrogen however this is very costly to use. Compressed air can also be used to cut with and reduce cutting costs by nearly 80% for customers with almost the same cutting finish quality as nitrogen.

A Focus 22kw FC300 16 bar high pressure screw compressor coupled with a Refrigerated dryer, inline filtration and Australian Made 500 ltr Vertical Air Receiver manufactured to AS1210.

This installation also included running an Aluminium Compressed air Unipipe piping system throughout the workshop with an excess of 20 Australian Made Retracta Hose reels. The connection piping between the high pressure compressor equipment was Surepress Stainless Steel piping.
