Recently Hyundai Chullora expanded and opened up a new mechanical workshop. The new workshop allows for a greater efficiency in servicing the Hyundai vehicles day to day.

Having a quality lubrication and compressed air piping system installed into any workshop is critical as it provides the essential lubricants and compressed air for the vehicle maintenance. For this installation, Focus Industrial installed 3 new 28mm high pressure oil lines, 1 x 28mm compressed air line and 1 x 28mm fresh water line. Each of these lines were run from the Surepress stainless steel compressed air piping system from Allmach.

Each of the crimps are guaranteed to 40bar pressure which is required to distribute the oils, compressed air and water throughout the workshop.

A total of eight workshop bays were installed each with eight Retracta Hose Reels. Each of the hose reels were fitted with metered oil guns and blowguns or nozzles for the air and water.

The compressed air is used to operate the 2 post and 4 post column lifts in the workshop. The compressed air is also used to run air tools, oil pumps and other pneumatic equipment.

Focus Industrial utilised a Scissor lift for the installation and assisted our workshop fit out partner train Hyundai Chullora with the equipment and air compressor training.
