We recently completed a custom installation of a compressed air fit-out for a stone mason factory. With this clean, sleek installation, they can power significant operational efficiency with their new 30 kW system. 

At the core of this transformation is our powerhouse FC400 compressor kit package, complete with a refrigerated dryer, two 500L receiver tanks, and 42mm stainless steel piping. The system also features an automatic filter drain and dual filtration units, ensuring optimal, clean air quality and system longevity.

This high-performing installation uses two air receiver tanks to extend the life of the dryer. The first tank, positioned before the dryer, stores wet compressed air. From there, the pressurised air passes through the dryer and into the second tank, which serves as storage for dry compressed air.

This installation features the strategic placement of compressed air machinery. Rather than occupying valuable warehouse space, the compressor setup has been installed outside in custom-built outdoor housing. This approach protects the compressed air system from the outdoor elements while maximising usable indoor floor space, demonstrating both thoughtful design and practical innovation.
