As what we call the 4th utility, compressed air can be used to power many industrial machines. In this recent project, a scroll compressor was installed at the Tuga Pastry bakery in Alexandria, NSW. This compressor is used to power their Bakon BD7 Depositor, which is a high-performance baking pump used for semi-liquids such as batters, mousses, and custards.
