The Focus Industrial installation team recently completed a successful air system upgrade for a manufacturer relocating to a new warehouse. The client required a reliable power source for their powder-coating spray booth—essential for applying colour to metal components before baking in.

To meet this need, we installed a compact and efficient FC100-30D air compressor kit, featuring a pre-assembled compressor and dryer mounted on a receiver tank. This design significantly reduces the compressor footprint and streamlines air flow between the compressor, tank, and dryer.

For enhanced system performance and equipment protection, we also integrated a 3-stage filtration system to deliver clean, sediment-free compressed air, which is critical for long-term durability.

To complete the setup, our team installed approximately 80 meters of 25mm poly piping to directly connect the system to the powder-coating machine. We also added multiple auxiliary drop points throughout the workshop, providing convenient access for blast-cleaning operations and future equipment expansion.
